Who We Are
Orit Raviv Swery is the Founder and CEO of Rosetta Investments, with over 35 years of experience in global capital markets, spanning international investment management, private investment firms, and the Israeli banking system. She has spent her career advising families and institutional clients on long-term wealth management and capital preservation.
Her early career in New York included managing a diversified global portfolio for the Sammy Ofer Group. After returning to Israel, she held senior roles in asset management and private banking at leading institutions, including Bank Hapoalim, Bank Discount Mutual Funds, Bank Leumi Global Private Banking, and Stenham Group.
She founded Rosetta Investments as an independent family office and wealth management firm, offering tailored investment strategies across traditional assets, private equity, and selective high-tech and startup investments.
Orit holds an M.B.A. from New York University (NYU) and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion.
